The UK buy to let property market is challenging and tough at the best of times but the investment property market is finding itself increasingly in the position where motivated buy to let investors outweigh the quality and quantity of BTL opportunities. New build landlord purchases are still more in demand than the tired maintenance heavy terraced houses and therefore sourcing the quality is a genuine challenge.
