Reputation is king and like most businesses you can succeed or fail just on your reputation. Personally I’ve been in property for twenty years and I’ve always done my utmost to be honest, honourable and professional. If you want to be in any business long term your reputation is vital and to receive any referrals is always a nice compliment and a recognition that the team here at Bastion Estates delivers what we promise.
The point of this is that it is now Friday and this week alone we have been approached by FOUR new developers by recommendation. What more can you ask for! That’s an incredible week for referrals and a solid endorsement of what we do as buy to let property professionals.
Two have come from existing house builder clients, one from a colleague in London and the other from a regional land & new homes representative.
It’s a great way to reflect on the week and a good way to wind up for the weekend.
