Huddersfield Town Football Club’s commercial partners and sponsors were invited to join Bastion Estates for a Property Academy event. Hosted at PPG Canalside around fourty local and regional business people took part in a Q & A session. On stage representing Bastion Estate was Guy Davis and from RA Mortgages was Simon Charles, ably hosted by Sean Jarvis Commercial Director of HTAFC.
We think it is fair to say the event went very well. The questions flowed the replies were honest, open, experienced and passionate. It would have been incredibly easy to still be there talking openly about the buy to let property market, where it is, what its successes are, how the property crash effected us all, what to look out for, where to invest, what key points to look out for when buying, what level of rental returns should be expected, tax change implications, negotiating discounts, regional appeal and so much more.
Big thanks to Mark Hudson (HTAFC Club Captain) who took to the stage after lunch for a Q & A with Sean. It is always interesting listening to such an experienced intelligent level headed professional.
