Bastion Estates were one of the many guests invited along by Big Property Sale to York Races. This annual event is always a great day out and huge credit to Richard Brown’s (MD of Big Property Sale) generosity. There were around fifty of us and all from the property industry. A mix of estate agents, house builders, property investment companies and solicitors.
Sadly I can’t bet on a winning horse, even if it had winner stamped on it! Whilst a good day was had by all it’s clear none of us are blessed with sufficient knowledge to bet on a winner.
Ironically the day was ultimately funded and supported by the buy to let property industry. This does demonstrate where the smart money is…and it’s not on a horse that’s still running somewhere!
