Another week when it’s great to see more referrals.
A phone call from a new house builder asking if we can help sell some houses for him. We had never heard of him before nor had we heard of his company, so the obvious question is why call us! The answer is great to hear and of course the referral came from one of our long standing developer clients. Big thanks to the existing developer and a big welcome to the new one. It shows how a consistent honest approach pays dividends.
We have now proposed on the houses in Wakefield and successfully secured sales on the four houses in question.
