DIRECTOR
Guy has been involved in the residential property industry for twenty one years. Starting his estate agency life as a Branch Valuer, progressing to a Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager and Area Manager before becoming an Operations Director by the end of the fourth year in the business. Guy moved on to become the Operations Director of a Manchester city centre based property investment company & house builder and was part of the team that floated the company on the stock market. This wealth of sales, procedural, managerial and technical experience is delivered with a straight talking, upbeat and professional approach.
Guy lives with his wife Jane and they have four children. He is also an avid Huddersfield Town supporter and a terrible but enthusiastic golfer.

Simon has been in the residential property industry since leaving school in 1990, he started as a trainee Property Manager, completed a part time degree in Estate Management and became a Chartered Surveyor. His career progressed to Branch Manager, Area Manager and then Northern Regional Investment Manager for a large corporate before leaving to set up his own Letting & Management Business across Nottinghamshire in 2004. PWR Property Consultants was eventually sold in 2015 with 1500 residential properties under management after 11 years of trading. This wealth of letting, investment, managerial and technical expertise is delivered in an honest and professional approach.
Simon lives with his wife Becky and they have two children and two Cockapoos. He is an enthusiastic golfer and was previously a professional ice hockey player captaining England Under 16s and with caps for Great Britain at junior and senior level.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR South West of England
Tim began his involvement in property just over ten years ago, originally marketing overseas investment property in Turkey. This led Tim to setting up his own business brokering property in Egypt and the Caribbean, as well as spending time between West Africa and Egypt working alongside local government to build a refinery. In 2013 Tim joined Bastion originally as a business to business broker for the UK buy to let property market.Tim has been involved in brokering over 40 development sales in the last year alone.
Tim lives in rural Devon with his two dogs and in his spare time tackles his own renovation work as well as trying to master mountain biking in the woods in the Devon area.

Robert has been involved in the IT industry for twenty five years. Starting his career as a IT operator for a large Huddersfield business he progressed to programming within a year. To further his career he accepted a job in the USA and worked over the pond for five years as a consultant working for several government agencies.On his return from the USA Robert started working for another large local business. With the many years of knowledge and experience in multiple platforms and industries Robert’s contribution to the running of Bastion Estates is vital.

Jane has two teenage sons and married Guy in 2017. Home life is predictably busy with four teenagers, two dogs and two cats. Jane has now been ‘forced’ to become a Huddersfield Town fan and enjoys the social side of being a Club partner.

CREATIVE & SOCIAL MEDIA
Kate works part time for Bastion Estates and has just completed her Art Foundation course at college and is about to start a Graphic Communication degree. Kate’s role involves marketing designs, imagery and social media campaigns to ensure the business is receiving maximum brand awareness. Kate is key to Bastion Estates creative side.
Kate is a huge music fan and regularly goes to festivals and gigs. She’s occasionally ‘whacks’ a hundred balls at the driving range and is sometimes forced to watch Huddersfield Town AFC.

Alfie has been a part of the Bastion team for six years and spends much of his time in the office though occasionally goes on site visits. Milo joined the team just over two years ago and is without doubt the youngest member. His core skills seem to be security and checking the post (with his teeth). He’s a pretty good foot warmer as well!
