It’s always a pleasant phone call when a new house-builder or property owner calls us because of a direct referral. Like so many industries you can live and die by your reputation and ours is very much intact and flourishing. Yet again yesterday we took a call from a new vendor looking to sell a number of new build apartments to buy to let investors. What prompted his call? His friend and colleague has just sold 14 apartments successfully, quickly and professionally through Bastion so he’s happily spreading the good news. Proves a great point, demonstrates our success in the buy to let property investment market and it’s nice to know your service is valued!
