It’s 2014 people..though I’m sure everyone is aware of that. So how can a small pocket of allegedly professional solicitors still be working in the dark ages. I’m utterly appalled by the tardy antiquated way that some of these solicitors work. Has no one told them about the internet, speed, professionalism and deadlines? I’m not going to name names but unless we as a company have worked with buyer’s or vendor’s solicitors before to a satisfactory level we will simply not proceed with the transaction. There poor performance tarnishes our good name by their dreadful ‘service’ levels.
