In the past few days friends, contacts and old colleagues have been in touch. All are employed and involved in the word of property and it’s always great to catch up particularly with those who I’ve not spoken to for many months.
It’s in these conversations that are merely friendly and have little business purpose that genuine business opportunities spring from. These chats have resulted in us being introduced to a new developer, a large independent estate agent who is looking to sell (and we may have a buyer through contacts) and a meeting set to meet up with an new agent re-seller.
It does demonstrate that reputation and experience counts for a great deal!
