It’s that time of year again when our commercial agreement with Huddersfield Town Football Club is up for renewal. Whilst I am a keen fan financial implications need to be considered but in all honesty the decision to renew and continue with Bastion’s support for the Club took about two seconds.

The press release from the Club is below:

Huddersfield Town has renewed its commercial partnership with property specialists Bastion Estates for a fifth year.

The Huddersfield-based property have signed up to partner the Club for another year with the business becoming an established member of the Huddersfield Hundred.

Bastion Estates are true property professionals boasting extensive experience in the property industry, specialising in Property Sourcing, Land & New Homes and Buy to Let Property.

The level of specialism is a rare commodity in the property market, valued by an extensive network of investors, funds, associations and individuals alike.

Guy Davis, Director of Bastion Estates commented:

“Our support for Huddersfield Town is as strong as ever and we are pleased to renew our commercial relationship with the Club for the fifth year in a row. Being a Club Partner makes us part of this incredible Club’s family and we are proud to be a member of the Huddersfield Hundred and all that it stands for.

“On a business level Bastion Estates had a record breaking 2018 and 2019 is already set to break that record again. The UK property market continues to change and we have kept ahead of the market with new business directions and demand from established partners and specialist providers.”

Tracy Nelson, Commercial Manager at Huddersfield Town added:

“We would first of all like to thank Guy and all the team at Bastion Estates for their time working with the Club to date; we are delighted they have agreed to continue for another year.

“Working with local major businesses is important to us as a Club and we would like to thank them for their support over this sustained period.”
