The house builders we generally work with are long standing clients and friends. As a result of this strength of relationship we often receive calls from new developers who are recommendations from our existing builder clients. This is a true testament to our professional reputation and an overall approval of our good work.
However, to receive a call from a new developer who is not a recommendation is pleasantly surprising. We are not the biggest operator in our specialist field and often sell much of our buy to let property opportunities through other investment companies so regularly our good work and brand goes unnoticed.
However TWICE this week we have had brand new developers call us merely by our brand and market awareness. This undoubtedly demonstrates our established reputation and extensive property knowledge. Oh and of course it benefits our landlord clients!
